like to introduce ourselves. George and Rita Williams, who founded
this ministry, were Mormons (Temple Mormons part of the time)
for 20 years. We prayed to God in 1992 to allow us to do a ministry
speaking out against Scientology. Six months later God led us
to the truth: out of the cult of Mormonism. We did not know at
the time we were in a cult. No-one had witnessed to us in 20
years.
- The Holy Spirit brought us to information about all the cults
and the present development of the New World Order. We began
bringing our research to you. Because all the research was already
done, we decided to build a library within Cephas Ministry.
- We are fundamental Bible students and have left all worldly
organizations.
- The focus of these newsletters is to prove why we had
to leave the world system. We are called 'Watchmen on the
Wall' which God always had during the Old / New Testament Times.

The news about churches is unedited unless indicated by Ednotes.
The church as we knew it, is undergoing disintegration. This
began on a fast track in the early nineteen sixties when the
Catholic Church produced liberal Vatican II to replace Vatican
I.
- The trend since then has been ecumenical which is truly what
the word 'Catholicism' means: a universal religion all
inclusive and multicultural. The Bible calls for a final church
which doesn't resemble what Jesus taught. The Word of God has
undergone many changes to fit the present mode. The Bible calls
for a falling away from the truth before Jesus
comes back for His Bride, the true believers called 'Ekklesia.'
Our newsletters prove this fact and prove that the Bible is true
from beginning to end.
- The second section is about globalism
where we bring your attention to the social, political and global
trend to prove that we are moving to closure of the times of
the Gentiles.
- The third section compliments End Time
teachings with what is happening in Israel. We describe and watch
for signs of the coming Tribulation to confirm that we are moving
into that space and time.

 DECEMBER IS THE MONTH WHEN WE
CELEBRATE THE BIRTH OF JESUS
EVERY DAY the Denver International Airport celebrates the
DEATH of CHRISTIANITY by displaying a casket with a dead little
girl clutching a Bible on a mural on the wall for everyone to
see. From what we have observed over the last eleven years the
world is making much progress to rid itself of Christianity.
This phenomenon means the Rapture is near to take up the remnant
of true believers to insure fulfillment of the WORD remains in
effect.
"Behold, the days come, saith the Lord GOD, that I
will send a famine in the land, not a famine of bread, nor a
thirst for water, but of hearing the words of the LORD:
And they shall wander from sea to sea, and from the north even
to the east, they shall run to and fro to seek the word of the
LORD, and shall not find it. In that day shall the fair
virgins and young men faint for thirst. They that swear by the
sin of Samaria, and say, Thy god, O Dan, liveth; and, The manner
of Beersheba liveth; even they shall fall, and never rise up
again." (Amos 8:11-14

Many see this as an eschatological reference because of the
language in the preceding verses. It does not imply a "famine"
of words to hear, but a lack of those who truly have a message
from God. This could be said of the situation in the world today
- many voices claim to speak for God, but few are faithful

 RULING DIVIDES EVANGELICAL CHRISTIANS
- The Washington Times - By Julia Duin - Evangelical Christians
are divided over whether Alabama Supreme Court Chief Justice
Roy Moore's 5,280-pound granite monument bearing a replica of
the Ten Commandments should remain in the rotunda of the Alabama
Judicial Building.
Those questioning the monument include televangelist Pat Robertson;
Jay Sekulow, the chief counsel for the American Center for Law
and Justice; and Richard Land, president of the Southern Baptist
 Convention's Ethics and Religious
Liberty Commission.
Proponents include James Dobson, founder of Focus on the Family,
who wondered aloud during his Monday radio program "if Dr.
Land and Jay Sekulow are supportive of the American Revolution,
where we rebelled against the British tyranny."
Chief Justice Moore is also supported by the Family Research
Council.
At least 100 of Chief Justice Moore's supporters are camped out
in front of the state judicial building, hoping to block officials

 THE TEN COMMANDMENTS
MONUMENT NOW IN THE BASEMENT
- Montgomery, Ala. (Aug. 27 2003) - A moving crew rolled a
massive Ten Commandments monument out of the rotunda of the Alabama
Judicial Building on Wednesday to comply with a federal court
order, as anguished protesters prayed at the building's steps.
It took about an hour and a-half to lift the 5,280-pound granite
marker and roll it from its public site to a private place in
the building.
- About 100 pro-monument supporters who have been on a weeklong
vigil on the building's front plaza were urged to remain calm
and not rush the glass doors. Some yelled, but the crowd was
restrained. Two dozen city police were stationed around the perimeter
of the building and others patrolled the surrounding block on
motorcycles.

A federal judge ruled last year that the monument, which
Alabama Chief Justice Roy Moore installed two years ago, violates
the constitution's ban on government promotion of religion and
ordered its removal by Aug. 20. The U.S. Supreme Court last week
declined to hear Moore's appeal.Moore had refused to comply.
Eight associate justices voted Aug. 21 to remove the monument,
and Moore was suspended the next day on charges of violating
canons of judicial ethics. One comment was, "'Perhaps Roy
Moore will soon leave the bench and move into the pulpit, which
he seems better suited for.'' [Ednote: In an interview, Chief
Justice Moore said that he had been working on this issue for
eleven years and that he was determined to continue his battle
to protect what our country is founded on, Christian values,

- CHRISTIANS, JEWS AND MUSLIMS GET HOLY LAND MEETING PLACE
- Beit Jala, West Bank (ENI).
A new centre specifically built for dialogue between the world's
three monotheistic faiths - Christianity, Judaism and Islam -
has opened in the West Bank. Known as Abraham's
Herberge, or Abraham's House,
the building is a project of the Evangelical Lutheran Church
in Jordan. It looks to the biblical hospitality of Abraham
as a model for Jews, Christians and Muslims in coming to know
and understand each other and eventually achieve reconciliation.
The inter-religious centre is housed in the Lutheran Church of
the Reformation in Beit Jala, near Bethlehem, just south of Jerusalem.

- THE IMMINENT RAPTURE (PRE-TRIB) PROVEN BY THIRTY EVIDENCES

will tell the harvesters: First collect the weeds and tie them
in bundles to be burned; then gather the wheat and bring it into

- Jesus sometimes taught in the form of parables to teach about
many things like his second coming. He taught about the parable
of the weeds. A man (Jesus Christ) sowed good seed in his field
but while everyone was sleeping, his enemy sowed weeds among
the wheat and went away. So when the wheat sprouted, the weeds
also appeared.
- The man who sowed the wheat decided to let the wheat and
the weeds grow together until the harvest where the weeds will
be taken first and the wheat is left behind to be gathered into
the barn. In 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17, the righteous is taken
first in the rapture in the church while the wicked are left
behind. Obviously with Jesus' parable and Paul's teaching that
these two events aren't the same for in one event the righteous
are taken to meet Christ in the air while the other event the
unrighteous are taken first while the righteous are left behind.
It is worthwhile to note that Jesus' Parable of the Weeds is
describing the events in Matthew 24:21 when Jesus will send his
angels to gather his elect from the four winds after he comes
in the clouds with power and glory (Matthew 24:30). These are
two separate events - Rapture of the Church and the gathering
of the Tribulation Saints after the Glorious Appearing. For the

- ISRAELI, PALESTINIAN LEADERS TO MEET SOON

18, 2003 - Israeli and Palestinian premiers will meet soon, Israel's
prime minister said Monday, opening prospects for talks to end
more than three years of conflict as a top Egyptian official
came to the West Bank to promote a cease-fire. Israel pulled
troops out of Bethlehem and turned the town over to Palestinian
security several weeks ago. It was not immediately clear if the
attack would hamper talks on a ceasefire.
- The meeting might restart work on implementing the frozen
U.S.-backed Mideast "road map" peace plan. Negotiations
stalled amid a two-month-long Palestinian political crisis that
ended when Qureia's full government was installed last week.
Meanwhile, Egyptian security chief Omar Suleiman met Monday with
Israeli officials as well as Qureia and Palestinian leader Yasser
Arafat, noting "positive signs" from the Israelis.
A cease-fire is considered an essential first step toward progress
along the "road map," which leads to a Palestinian
state in 2005. The road map calls for a crackdown _ and also
requires Israel to dismantle dozens of illegal settlement outposts
and freeze all construction in settlements. Sharon is under growing
pressure at home and abroad to bring an end to three years of
violence.

- TROUBLE IN THE HOLY LAND
Arafat in his final days? 'He can hardly speak. Something bad
is happening to him'

of rapidly deteriorating health, four ambulances were seen this
afternoon entering the compound of Palestinian Authority Chairman
Yasser Arafat. A spokesman, Nabil Abu Rudeineh, dismissed reports
Arafat, 74, had been taken to a hospital, but another senior
official said he has seen the Palestinian leader's health slide
over the past two weeks, according to the Jerusalem Post.
- "I don't think it's the flu as some people say,"
the senior official said. "The president hasn't been feeling
well for some time, and his health seems to be worsening."
Abu Rudeineh insisted Arafat merely was exhausted and was recovering,
and the senior official said he possibly could have picked up
viruses from all the people with whom he has shaken hands and
exchanged kisses lately. Thousands have come to his compound
since Israel announced its decision to "remove" him...
- "You can see that he's very ill," said someone
who attended the meeting, according to the Post. "He can
hardly speak. Something bad is happening to him." The decision
to bar reporters and visitors from Arafat's compound this evening
added fuel to the speculation, the Jerusalem paper said.
- The doctors were called in after Arafat complained of severe
abdominal pain and had been vomiting for several days. Aides
suspected he had been poisoned. The Jordanian medical team concluded
he was only mildly ill and needed rest. Arafat suffered a mild

- ARARFAT SAYS HE'D ACCEPT PEACE TALK OFFER

 Following an Israeli offer,
Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat said Sunday he is ready for
peace talks, while about 6,000 Palestinians returned to jobs
in Israel for the first time in a month.
In an abrupt turnaround last week, Israeli Prime Minister Ariel
Sharon said contacts were already underway with Palestinian officials,
adding, "We are ready to enter negotiations at any time."..
On Sunday, Arafat formally asked Palestinian Prime Minister Ahmed
Qureia to form a government, and Qureia said he accepted. Palestinian
officials said they hoped the work could be completed in a few
days...
The Israelis announced early Sunday that they would permit about
15,000 Palestinians to enter the country for work. A military
announcement referred to "confidence-building measures"
decided by the government.
Before dawn, about 6,200 workers over the age of 35 crowded the
Erez crossing point from Gaza, submitted to strict security checks
and went to jobs in Israel.
The permits arrived at the beginning of the second week of the
Muslim holy month of Ramadan, when families traditionally splurge
for festive evening meals at the end of the daily fast.
"It is a miracle from God because I was running out of money
due to the holy month of Ramadan and I was thinking how I would
manage to feed my children in this very bad economic situation,"
said Mohammed Salman, a 42-year-old construction worker who has
seven children...

letter from Bud Press on a program that aired November 18, 2003
where Benny Hinn was in Jerusalem with a Rabbi Chaim Richman.
Hinn treated the Rabbi like a "Messianic Jew" which

that the temple would be rebuilt and offered to support the effort.
One way he is supporting the rebuilding is to offer a calendar
by the Temple Institute of Jerusalem for $35. on his program.

program, but did not mention that the Temple will be rebuilt
to offer sacrifices that God no longer accepts. He mentioned
nothing about Jesus Christ being the only sacrifice for sin,
nor did he talk about the fact that the Temple will be quickly
used by the antichrist to proclaim himself as God. This raised
all kinds of questions about Hinn, since he is of Arab/Palestinian
decent, and is one of the key players who laid hands on most

judge, George Greer, refused for the fourth time to
recuse himself from the Terri Schiavo right-to-die case.
Who ever heard of a governor usurping judges. Governor Bush is
taking advantage of the new law namely "The Seven Noahide

- 1) The Bible speaks of God having set up events to make the

to bring this change about right under American noses without
their knowledge or any input whatsoever. The Jews want vengeance
against the Gentiles for being preferred by God as the Bride

- 2) This new law is really an old law. It was in effect when

believed in a God who was known to be just One God (monotheistic)

is considered to be idolatry. Idolatry is punishable

- We read the words of Yeshua when He addressed the Church
of Smyrna in Rev. 2:9 "I know the blasphemy of them which
say they are Jews, and are not, but are the synagogue

here, "real Jews" and the "synagogue of Satan."
It seems to me that this verse of Scripture is always being used
to describe the heads of the Illuminati, and always labeling
them as Jews. But if I approached these same anti-Semite’s
and asked them if they thought the Rothchilds and the others
were of the Synagogue of Satan? I’d get a resounding "Yes"
they are. My obvious next question would be. Do you think they
are Jewish? And they would say, yes again. But Revelations 2:9
says that those who are of the synagogue of
Satan are not Jewish. The Devil has used this misquoted
Scripture to bring about much persecution to us Jews. It is in

THE PLAIN TRUTH ABOUT THE LODGE
- The Masons have been around for many centuries. Masons claim
that their organization finds its roots with the builders
of King Solomon's temple, but others trace its origin
to the Ancient Pagan Mysteries. According to Pike's Morals and
Dogma, Buddha was a Mason some
one thousand years before Christ. The first Grand Lodge was founded
in London in 1717.
- Masons claim that their "fraternity" is not a religion,
but over and over again we find religious elements in their practices.
They have temples, alters, Bibles, prayer, lamb skins, and one
must believe in a Supreme Being before joining. In Grolier's
Encyclopedia, a Masonic member states: "If a person lives
what the lodge teaches he won't have any trouble getting into
Heaven." (Grolier, Vol. 5, "Freemasonry," pg.
68)
- Another Masonic writer, Albert Pike (who was also an occultist),
writes: "Every Masonic Lodge is a Temple of Religion; and
its teachings are instruction in religion." (Morals and
Dogma, pg. 213) On page 68 of the Minnesota Proceedings, 1895,
we read these interesting words: "He who approaches our
alter in good faith and by the light which we bring him receives
our teachings into a heart already prepared and lives a life
in conformity with the principles which he here imbues, has come
into an invaluable possession and need have no fear when the
word shall come calling him into the hereafter but that he will
be received as a living stone fit for a temple not made with
hands." (See I Peter 2:4-8)
- Regardless of their claims, the Masons are clearly embedded
in a mystical religious system of salvation
through works. Any "God" will do in this
religion, because the Lodge teaches that it
isn't God who saves one's soul anyhow: it's one's
good works. In fact, in nations where Christianity isn't embraced,
Masonic alters display the appropriate "Book of the Law"
instead of the Bible. Freemasonry is definitely a religion, and
a very BAD one at that.
- The entry level in Masonry is The Blue Lodge, which consists
of three degrees: Entered Apprentice, Fellow Craft, and Master
Mason. One may stop at the level of Master Mason, or he can choose
to enter either the Scottish Rite or the York Rite. The Scottish
Rite advances by numerical degrees, the highest being the 33rd
honorary degree. The York Rite advances by Chapter, Council,
and Commandery degrees, with the highest level being The Order
of the Knights Templar Commandery.
- The Masons speak much about approaching "the light,"
yet their whole organization is shrouded in secretive practices
and blood curdling oaths which should deter any true Christian.
In clear violation of the words of the Lord Jesus Christ (Mat.
5:33-37), an Entered Apprentice Mason SWEARS BY GOD to: "...always
hail, ever conceal, and never reveal, any of the arts, parts,
or points of the hidden mysteries of Ancient Free masonry...binding
myself under no less penalty than that of having my throat cut
across, my tongue torn out by its roots, and my body buried in
the rough sands of the sea..." Thank God this is an entry
level oath, for it has no doubt turned away many God-fearing
Christian men!
- The deep secrets of Masonry are just as unscriptural. It
is falsehood and wickedness that dwell in dark secret corners
. Truth is worthy of propagation (Mat. 28:18-19). Jesus Himself
said, "...I spake openly to the world; I ever taught in
the synagogue, and in the temple, whither the Jews always resort;
and in secret have I said nothing." (John 18:20)
- In the initiation of an Entered Apprentice, the "Worshipful
Master" (Mat. 23:10) asks: "In your present condition,
what do you most desire?" The candidate responds: "Light."
The "Master" later informs the candidate that he is
"yet in darkness." Then for the Second Degree (Fellow
Craft) the candidate is required to ask for "more light."
According to God's word, Jesus Christ is the LIGHT (John 1:9;
8:12) and God's word is LIGHT (Psa. 119:105, 130). If you are
saved, then it is an outright BLASPHEMY for you to agree that
you are "yet in darkness" and to ask for "more
light." Please note: "This then is the message which
we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light,
and in him is no darkness at all. If we say that we have fellowship
with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth:
- But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have
fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his
Son cleanseth us from all sin." (I John 1:5-7) So all Masons
have DENIED Jesus Christ and have asked for another light being
offered to them through Masonry. "And no marvel; for Satan
himself is transformed into an angel of light." (II Cor.
11:14) The "God" of Masonry is not the God of the Bible!
The Masonic god is the god of this world (II Cor. 4:4), which
is BLINDING Masons from the true God of the Bible. Now the member
is ready to climb the ladder of the Lodge and encounter some
of the most ungodly practices known to man.
- For example, let's consider the Knights Templar initiation.
The following is taken from pages 67-68 of the book, Masonry:
Beyond The Light, by former Mason, William Schnoebelen:
- "The high point of the KT initiation is when the candidate
is brought before a large, triangular table covered in black
velvet illuminated by candles and containing eleven silver goblets
and a human skull enthroned on the Bible. (Skulls figure prominently
throughout this initiation.)"
- "This is intended to be the Last Supper. It seems but
a grim mockery, though. The visual effect is more satanic than
Christian, especially to one accustomed to the Table of the Lord
in churches. However, the ambiance is the least of the problems."
- "The candidate is asked to partake of five libations,
(toasts). The first three libations are given, respectively,
to the memory of Masonic heroes King Solomon, Hiram, King of
Tyre, and Hiram Abif. The fourth libation is to the memory of

ACT HAS CONCERNS
Drudge Report, Nov 30 2003 - A chief architect of the USA Patriot
Act and a former top assistant to Attorney General John Ashcroft
are voicing concern about aspects of the Bush administration's
anti-terrorism policy, the LOS ANGELES TIMES reported on Sunday.
At issue is the government's power to designate and detain "enemy
combatants," in particular in the case of "dirty bomb"
plot suspect Jose Padilla, the New York- born former gang member
who was picked up at a Chicago airport 18 months ago by the FBI
and locked in a military brig without access to a lawyer. Civil
liberties groups and others contend that Padilla -- as an American
citizen arrested in the United States -- is being denied due
process of law under the Constitution.
- Viet Dinh, who until May headed up the Justice Department's
Office of Legal Policy, said in a series of recent speeches and
in an interview with the LOS ANGELES TIMES that he thinks the
government's detention of Padilla is flawed and unlikely to survive
court review. The principal intellectual force behind the Patriot
Act, the terror-fighting law enacted by Congress after the Sept.
11, 2001, attacks, Dinh has steadfastly defended the Justice
Department's anti-terrorism efforts against charges that they
have led to civil-rights abuses of immigrants and others. In
an interview, Dinh, now a professor at Georgetown University
Law Center, said the Padilla case was not within his line of
authority when he was in the department, but that he began to
think about the issue after leaving the government, and came
to the conclusion that the administration's case was "unsustainable."
- Another top former Justice Department official, Michael Chertoff,
who headed the department's criminal division, has said he believed
the government should reconsider how it goes about designating
enemy combatants. "Two years into the war on terror, it
is time to move beyond case-by-case development," Chertoff
said. In the interview, Dinh said he believed the president had
the unquestioned authority to detain persons during wartime,
even those captured on "untraditional battlefields,"
including on American soil. He also said the president should
be given flexibility in selecting the forum and circumstances
-- such as a military tribunal or an administrative hearing --
in which the person designated an enemy combatant can confront
the charges against him.
- The trouble with the Padilla case, Dinh said, is that the
government hasn't established any framework for permitting Padilla
to respond, and that it seems to think it has no legal duty to
do so. "The president is owed significant deference as to
when and how and what kind of process the person designated an
enemy combatant is entitled to," Dinh said. "But I
do not think the Supreme Court would defer to the president when
there is nothing to defer to. There must be an actual process
or discernible set of procedures to determine how they will be

weekly, October, that he had warned Muslim groups in the U.S.

Paul Wolfowitz and others, hold the same beliefs that accompanied
colonialism's entrance to the Muslim countries in the 19th century."
Interview excerpts were published by the Washington, D.C.-based

the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks a "raid on Afghanistan"
- He said there "were at first some hesitations in the
American administration," but when the campaign "was
carried out, it cost much less than they expected, and this spurred
them on, in a way reminiscent of intoxication and drunkenness,
to start thinking of invading Iraq, Syria, and Iran, and of changing
the map of the region." .. He said Bush gave the Islamic
leaders a "certain status" during his campaign, which
caused them to lose their "equilibrium."
- "They did not listen – not only to me, but also
to someone like Ralph Nader, who was a presidential candidate
of Arab origin," El Fadl said. "He met with them and
all but pleaded with them not to vote for Bush. He all but kissed
their hands so they wouldn't."
- When asked what Americans think about what is happening in
Iraq, El Fadl said he heard congressional testimony indicating
20 percent of soldiers are suffering from mental disorders.
- El Fadl said that does mean the "danger of invasion
has passed for Syria and Iran," but if Bush "manages
to remain for a second term, the considerations will change,
because then he won't care about his political future and he

Dec. 1 (Bloomberg) -- The dollar may drop for a fourth week against
the Euro on concern foreign investors will buy fewer U.S. Treasuries
the government is selling to finance its record budget deficit,
according to a Bloomberg News survey. The shortfall in the U.S.,
which Merrill Lynch & Co. estimates may widen to $600 billion
in the fiscal year that began Oct. 1, combined with a record
current-account deficit, prompted the dollar to weaken beyond
$1.20 per Euro for the first time.
- ``I'm hearing about the weak dollar all the time now,'' said
John Cholakis, who trades Eros in New York for Natexis Banques
Populaires, a French lender. ``There's a real worry out there
that if the Japanese and the Europeans would stop participating
in U.S. Treasury auctions, there'd be a real run on the dollar.''
Eighty-four percent of the 49 analysts, investors and traders
polled Friday from Tokyo to New York advised buying or holding
the Euro versus the dollar, little changed from a week earlier.
Similar surveys predicted the dollar's slide in the past two
weeks.
- Cholakis, who was among those who recommended selling dollars
and buying Eros, said orders have been placed to sell the dollar
between $1.2030 and $1.2050 per Euro and at $1.21. The U.S. currency
shed 0.7 percent last week to $1.1995 after dropping to a record
$1.2018 on Friday. ``There is now more of a risk that the dollar
moves down another leg,'' said Scott Barlass, who as director
of currency risk, helps manage $22 billion at Abbey National
Asset Managers in Glasgow, Scotland. ``The worry over the funding
of the current- account is driving the dollar lower,'' Against
the Euro, the dollar may trade in a range of $1.20 to $1.25 for
the rest of the year, Barlass said. The Euro has climbed 14 percent
