The name of the Promise Keeper's Million Man March in Washington D.C. was "Stand In The Gap." Below is one of the shirts that was purchased by an attendee at the rally. The word "gap" comes up once in the Gospel, so there is no mistaken identification possible. It is in Ezekiel 22:30: In context Ezekiel 22:30: addresses the sins of Jerusalem. "Now, thou son of man wilt thou judge, wilt thou judge the bloody city? yea, thou shalt show her all her abominations.. I have made thee a reproach unto the heathen, and a mocking to all countries... I will scatter thee among the heathen, and disperse thee in the countries, and will consume thy filthiness out of thee.. ye shall be melted in the midst thereof. As silver is melted in the midst of the furnace.. The people of the land have used oppression, and exercised robbery, and have vexed the poor and needy: yea, they have oppressed the stranger wrongfully... 30 "And I sought for a man among them, that should make up the hedge, and stand in the gap before me for the land, that I should not destroy it: but I found none. 31 "Therefore have I poured (past tense) out mine indignation upon them; I have consumed them with the fire of my wrath: their own way I recompensed upon their heads, saith the Lord." Jesus died for all sins. Jesus plans to remarry Israel. How do Promise Keepers justify standing in the Gap? There is only One who can stand in the gap for Israel and for us and that is Jesus Christ Jesus. Moses offered to do it for Israel but God rejected his offer. Pictures speak louder than words. It shows very clearly why men can't stand in the gap. The Obelisk is standing in the gap according to this shirt, which is a symbol of Freemasonry.
