"Shocking news comes out of Navy War planning meeting that  Military  scenarios  have been  developed  once  the  Stock   Market crashes..  After the Honorable Jerry MacArthur  answered  several questions, he made this statement, apparently off the cuff [this is  how you learn most of what is really going on: off  the  cuff remarks]:  "Senior Military Pentagon officials have been  working closely  with senior officials at Wall Street to perfect  several scenarios that could quickly be put into action once Wall  Street crashes." The attendee gasped and looked around to see what  the reaction  was. Each of them sat in their chair, showing  no  emotions..  This statement implied that the Stock Market crash is a planned event..

Here  is  what Edward Bell wrote 7.7.98: "What many of  us  don't realize about the Y2K breakdown is its "hurricane like" approach. Y2K  will  cause enough trouble early on in (1999)  to  the  U.S. government [who have known about this problem for many years  and have  kept the public uninformed] "probably cause" to  declare  a "national emergency" even while some of their computers are still up  and  running. This will allow them  to  institute  preemptive actions  to reduce, to a small degree, the  catastrophic  effects this crisis will have on the unprepared masses.

There have been some 16,000 Executive Orders since the  inception of  the Constitution. "The problem with these "well  intentioned" actions is that the prepared minority will suffer a loss of their rights. This becomes more evident when you examine the arsenal of laws the government has accumulated to ensure that it prevails:

10995 - Seizure of all communications media in the United States.
10997  -  Seizure of all electrical power facilities,  fuels  and minerals both public and private.
10998  - Seizure of all food supplies and resources,  public  and private, and all farms and farm equipment.
10999 - Seizure of all means of transportation, including personal  cars, trucks, or any vehicles of any kind, along  with  total control over all highways, seaports and waterways.
11000  -  Conscription  of U.S. citizens for  work  forces  under federal supervision, including the splitting up of families,  if deemed necessary.
11001 - Seizure of all health, welfare, and education facilities, public and private.
11002  - Empowers the Postmaster to register all men, women,  and children in the U.S.
11003 - Authorize seizure of all airports and aircraft.
11004 - Seizure of any or all housing to facilitate forced  relocation of citizens from areas declared "unsafe". Also to relocate entire communities.
11005  - Seizure of all railroads, inland waterways, and  storage facilities, public and private.
110051  -  Provides  the office of  emergency  planning  complete authorization  to  put the above orders into effect in  times  of increased international tension, or economic or financial crisis.

Then  on  June 6 1994, President Clinton signed  Executive  Order 12919, which appears to be redundant. During a National Emergency the president may now assume the power to control all transportation,  regardless  of ownership, all forms of  energy,  all  farm equipment, all fertilizer, all food resources, all food  resource facilities,  all health resources, all metals and  minerals,  and all water resources.
However,  this  order did not go far enough, for  in  July  1996, President  Clinton signed Executive Order 13010. It  created  the President's  Commission  for Critical  Infrastructure Protection (PCCIP)  which  was designed to allow the federal  government  to "protect continuity of government" from acts of terrorism,  both physical and electronic.
That means telecommunications, electrical power systems, gas  and oil  storage  and transportation,m banking and  finance  systems, transportation  capability, water supply systems emergency  services   (medical,   police,  and  fire  dept.)   are   all   under PCCOP..Although  this commission's charter does not  mention  Y2K caused breakdowns, when asked, chairman Tom Marsh  stated  they were ready to deal with those problems as well.
That  stretch of the PCCIP will not be necessary, for  on  Feb.4, 1998  President Clinton signed an Executive Order to establish  a commission to protect the very same infrastructure segments  from Y2K failure. New developments from the 104th "Republican Revolution" Congress:
1. A national database of all employed people.
2.  One hundred pages of new "health care crimes", for which  the penalty  is  (among  other things) seizure of  assets  from  both doctor and patients.
3.  Confiscation of assets from any U.S. citizen who  establishes foreign citizenship.
4. The largest gun confiscation act in U.S. history - which  also is  an unconstitutional ex-postfacto law, and the first law  ever to remove people's constitutional rights for the committing of  a misdemeanor.
5.  A law banning guns in ill-defined school zones; random  roadblocks  may be used for enforcement; gun bearing residents  could become federal criminals for just stepping outside their doors or getting into vehicles.
6.  Increased  funding  for the Bureau of  Alcohol,  Tobacco  and Firearms...
7. A law enabling the Executive Branch to declare various  groups "terrorist" without stating any reason, and without the possibility of appeal...
8.  A  law  authorizing SECRET TRIALS with  SECRET  EVIDENCE  for certain classes of people.
9. A law requiring that all states begin issuing drivers licenses carrying Social Security numbers and "security features" (such as magnetically coded fingerprints and personal records) by  October 1, 2000.

10.  A law creating a national database, now  being  constructed, that will contain every exchange and observation that takes place in your doctor's office. This includes records of your  prescriptions,  your hemorrhoids and mental illness. It also includes  by law, any statement you make.
With  the coming of Y2K we can also expect the use of the  "Expedited  Funds Availability Act of 1987" which will  restrict  bank withdrawals (of cash) through several mechanisms.
President  Clinton, in the first 44 months signed  186  Executive Orders.  When he made his bid for the presidency, he stated  that if elected, he would govern by Executive Order. Some of them  are sealed and not even known by Congress.
An  emergency  is all it takes to invoke these powers  to  get  a handle on unrest and obviously everything is in place for eventual  tyranny by the coming world leader, the Antichrist. The  economic  condition of the world recently considering the  financial disasters  in Japan and Russia beg for world leadership which  is already in place when one watches negotiations in the Middle East and  in Europe or when wars flare up. It's obvious that the  U.S. is the hope of the world at the expense of our freedom.
There  is no reason to panic over all this information. The  more we understand about our environment the better you we can protect ourselves  from making ignorant mistakes which could land  us  in trouble with our own government. Freethinking citizens will  have little recourse but to keep a very low profile and pray. Orwell's 1984 is just 15 years late, Big Brother is here.
